Your pets are our faves, and we’ve got treats on hand for them in our front office and at the fitness center. We welcome both cats and dogs in our North Austin apartments, with a maximum of two furry friends per apartment home and with no weight restrictions in place. We even provide an on-site off-leash bark park, a pet wash area, and tons of trails for your four-legged friends to explore right alongside you. We require a one-time pet fee of $500 per pet (2 max), with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. *Fees do not apply to ESA animals. The following breeds are restricted from this community, with the exception of qualified assistance animals: Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, German Shepards, Husky Breeds, Dalmatian, Belgian Malinois, and Boxer.
